You can access cPanel using your domain name. We will use for this tutorial. Please replace with your actual domain name.

Visit and input your cPanel username and password here. To know your cPanel username and password, please refer the email received from us after your order confirmation. It would be under Login Details section.

You don’t need to remember the port number 2083. You can easily access cPanel by visiting as well.

To access cPanel, login to your Client Area and go to My Products & Services section. Here you will see your active services. Select the service domain.

    Hello vinitha,

    As we have informed you, the reason was that you had removed the index.html from the public_html folder.

    Now I see that your website doesn’t have the Access Denied error page displayed.
