To add, modify and delete any files, please access your free cPanel account.

Once you logged in to your cPanel Account, click on the File Manager.

You will now redirect to cPanel’s File Manager. Here click on the globe icon next to the public_html. The public_html folder is the root folder of your website. You will see all files and folders listed inside public_html folder.
